SYMPOSIUM PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Papers to be presented at the symposium must not have been previously published or presented orally elsewhere.
The language of the symposium is Turkish and English.
A person can participate in the symposium with a maximum of 1 paper. The responsibility of the writings belongs entirely to the author/authors.
Papers cannot be presented on behalf of others. The presenter at the symposium must be the author or co-author.
If no presentation is made at the symposium, a participation certificate will not be issued.
Symposium applications will be made through the "submit paper" section on the symposium website.
During the application process, abstracts of at least 500 words containing the purpose, method, resources to be used, and possible findings must be submitted by February 12, 2024.
The full texts of the papers presented at the symposium will be subjected to a peer review process and accepted ones will be published as an edited book within the year 2024.
The full texts of papers that have not been presented at the symposium, even if uploaded to the system by the authors, will not be published.
The transportation and accommodation expenses of the participants whose papers are accepted will be covered by the organizing institutions.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract texts should be in "Microsoft Word" file version, written in Times New Roman font and all in 12 points. There should be a 1.5 line spacing between lines, and margins should be set to "normal" (2.5 cm right-left-top and bottom). The title of the abstract should be centered, bold, and all uppercase. Below the title, the name surname of the researcher(s), their affiliated institution, and email addresses, ORCID information should be included. The language of writing and presentation of the abstracts is Turkish. However, abstract texts will be submitted both in Turkish and English. Abstract texts should be between 500-700 words, and below the Turkish-English abstracts, 5 keywords in Turkish-English, each consisting of 5 words, should be written. Keywords should be indented by one tab (1.25 cm) and italicized.

Citations and References:
Papers accept two citation and reference systems: in-text and end-text. Authors should choose one of these systems.
When providing references in footnotes, book and journal titles should be italicized, and article titles should be given in double quotation marks. In footnotes, the full bibliographic information should be provided at the first occurrence of the source, and subsequently, it should be abbreviated according to the author's preference. If an author has multiple books and articles, the author's surname should be followed by the full or abbreviated name of the book or article. If multiple books or articles by an author are used, the author's surname should be followed by the full or abbreviated name of the book or article. In the subsequent references, only the surname of the first author should be given.
